1. Introduction

ProTalentPicks ("we," "our" or "us") operates the website https://www.protalentpicks.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and what choices you have.

We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"), the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 with the rules made under it. In this policy you are the "Data Principal" and we are the "Data Fiduciary" as those terms are used in the DPDP Act.

Where the law requires your consent (for example before we send you marketing emails) we ask for it separately and you can withdraw it at any time. Simply browsing the site does not mean you have agreed to anything beyond what this policy describes.

We do not ask for passwords, government ID numbers or bank and card details. Please do not send them to us. Any payment for a service you find through our links is made on the provider's own website and we never see your payment details.

  • Usage Data: Pages visited and the page or search that referred you, shown to us only as totals in Blogger's built-in statistics and Google Search Console

Disclosure on our pages: We place a clear notice near affiliate links or at the top of any post that contains them. This follows the endorsement and testimonial guidelines of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and the disclosure rules of the programs we join.

How Fiverr tracking works: When you click a Fiverr affiliate link Fiverr may place a cookie or similar identifier on your browser so that it can credit us for a later sign-up or purchase. Fiverr sets this identifier when you click and not when you merely read our page. We use only the links Fiverr provides and we do not alter them.

What we receive: Fiverr reports referral and commission activity to us. We do not receive your Fiverr login details, your payment information or the contents of your orders.

Third-party privacy practices: Once you reach Fiverr or any other third-party site you are subject to that site's own privacy policy. Fiverr decides for itself how it handles the personal data it collects. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

5.1 Site Statistics

We use the statistics built into Blogger and Google Search Console to see which pages are read and which searches lead to them. Both are Google services and we see the results only as totals. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers or retargeting tools on this site.

5.2 Hosting on Blogger

Our site is hosted on Blogger, a Google service. Blogger and Google may collect technical data such as IP address and browser details when you visit the site and may set cookies of their own. If you comment using a Google account your public profile name and photo may be displayed next to your comment.

5.3 Social Media Platforms

If a post includes a social media button or an embedded post or video (for example from Pinterest or YouTube) that content can collect information about your visit when it loads. Those platforms handle that data under their own privacy policies.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Types of Cookies We Use:

  • Essential Cookies: Set by Blogger and Google so that the site works and features such as comments function

8. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for and then delete or anonymize it unless a law requires us to keep it longer.

  • Messages and emails to us: Kept while we deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up
  • Comments: Stay published until you ask us to remove them or we remove them for breaking our rules
  • Site statistics: Kept by Google under its own retention policies
  • Marketing emails: Kept until you withdraw consent

9. Data Security

We take reasonable security steps to protect your personal data. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Grievance Redressal: Raise a complaint with us about how we handle your data
  • Nominate: Name another person to exercise your rights if you die or cannot act for yourself

Our Service is meant for adults. In India a child is anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly track the behavior of children.

13. Visitors from the EEA, UK and Switzerland
